Silk and Pastels for a Wedding Reception

Jasmin asked me if I can make her a dress that would suit an upcoming wedding reception as well less elegant occasions. She loves neon shades in combination with pastel colours so we decided to choose a lining that shines through the outside layer of sheer silk.
