I recently had the pleasure to meet Nadia’s brother, Sergey and his girlfriend, Ingrid. They’ve made an appointment a while ago to visit my atelier and see what I can sew from two of their fabrics. The fabrics belonged to Nadia and Sergey’s family; they have a sentimental value as they travelled through hands, time, space and history. We found a good solution and a couple of weeks later they took a weekend off and returned to Vienna for final adjustments and to pick up the garments; a dress and a skirt.
We had a lot of fun every time we met, Ingrid liked the skirt so much that Sergey played a song on Spotify and they instantly started to dance salsa :)
